Thank you for purchasing from SAR Solutions. Because our products are digital downloads, we have a strict no-refund policy once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged but never received access to the download
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
